hey,
i'm having some weird problems. i'm having heavy lags every 2-5 minutes on the BIO server. i see everyone else moving, but i can't do nothing in these seconds.
and i only have this on the BIO pub server.
anyone else has these problems, if yes. what is causing this?
help much appreciated.

2) try to update pb
3) reinstall et
4) format C
5) buy new pc
6) get new isp
7) move to another city
8) mov eto another country
