FTP Details - Help

I am trying to install Webspell on my FTP , after I uploaded all the files etc I just go thru the steps of the installation.
At some point , it asks me for :
Host name
MySQL Username
MySQL Password
MySQL Database Name
I did know them ages ago as it's not the first time I install CMS' on my FTP ... But I can't remember those ...
Where can I know what those are ?

or any old cms where the mysql data is saved in a file?
