Looking for a good cheap server host

had x3m for the past year but I've had enough now, there hosting too many games per box for my liking, I am looking for :

Enemy Territory
18 slots
Private
ftp access
control panel to stop/start server
uk/nl/ger are my preferred countries for it to be hosted in.
i dont care if its branded or not

for around £12/m and they need to accept paypal.

x3m is nice for me, but best servers i ever played on were www.clanpoint.com and www.gameservers.net in quake 3

yup, YCN might be your best solution. it was overloaded/it had some problems before. but as far as i know theyre fixed now + the owner of YCN is planing of making his servers even more powerful.

x3m got shit after they started hosting too many gameservers on 1 box. Yes the price did go down 60 euro(16 slots 6 months) but even so I was kinda disappointed with them :(
