config HELP!!!!!

is there any config, with it i can get 100 fps and aim wel with y notebook:
1,6 ghz, geforce 3, 500 mb ram!

but im a poor man :/

its just that i know how to use windows + i have here windows 98, 2000, xp, vista buznizz & ultimate here @ home :x

check your fps on r_mode 3 (stand in one place)
open console
r_mode 4
vid_restart
check fps

"4", althogh "3" is nice, but then you'll need to fiddle around with the crosshairs alot to get one that actually isnt all blurry n shit. :p
