Can't sleeps

Just can't sleep.. so annoying have already watched a whole series of Only fools and horses.. still wide awake, even watched some Tasheki's castle. Gonna download some musics now I think..

I find watching TV/playing computer etc. make it harder for me to sleep, to get to sleep read a book or do something that 'relaxes' your mind and you should drift off.
