FF7 prolly one of the best games ever!
right now starting it again on PSP....and i still own original PSone version (this one, RTCW and Die Hard r my only Originals)

ff7 has been released for PC (aswell as the 8) though the GFX are worse than the emulated PS1 version :[

Overlord & Fable, the only RPG's I ever liked gaming.. they are more actionpacked then most RPG's.

Btw, 'rpg game' is an annoying tautology - 'role playing game game'...

The only games I can think of that haven't been suggested yet are Kotor 1 & 2 and (going back a bit) Fallout 1 & 2.

I remember kicking that final boss' ass by changing armor and robe to suck them dead jedi's lives. Kickass game, good gameplay, interesting story, nice looks imo!

Titan Quest (PC) or "Untold Legends" - series (PS)
all the rest is not like Diablo!
hack ´n slay != RPG

i´d prefer mor hack ´n slay and less RPG, so..."God of War" (PS2, PSP) beats all!

The action adventures for the Snes are maybe a bit similar to Diablo. Secret of Mana 1/2, Secret of Evermore and Terranigma come to mind.

F A L L O U T pwns rly! Try 1st part, then play 2nd. Awesome game and long! :) Also Planescape- Torment is very very good game. Forget about rest and try them :) Games I mentioned are old enough so your pc will handle it, but they are so awesome that they'll take a lot of time and give lot of fun =)
