X264 AND STUFF!

can anyone tell me how i can open this? Back in zeh days i had something like start/all programs/x264/configuration, but i dont have it anymore since i formatted.

No i want to get it back, so if anyone could help me i'd be thankful.

go to agons tutorial and install everything http://www.crossfire.nu/?x=tutorial&mode=item&id=65
then you can open it through vdub
and at start -> programme -> k-lite codec pac -> configuration -> x264
