cfg problem ET

hello everyone

i am using windows vista. my et is working right now. but i got a problem when i try to exec my config. it says its loaded already after the vid restart but i cant use my binds or toggles i normaly use. so i guess its not loaded at all.

second problem i have:

i cant push more than 2 buttons when i am ingame (et) ... like when i wanna strafe or jump + sprint, i just stand still. cant move correctly anymore. ( somth on vista ? )

thanks for your time and hopefully i can find someone who knows how to handle this shit.
