ET problem ! !! !!!!!!!!

so when im starting my ET with some configs, it just blocks in the big grey screen just before the intro starts, ( not the small one before it launches ), i dont have this with all cfgs but anywayz its really annoying and i cant do anything bout it :x need some help

EDIT: i think its sth in the cfg cos when i use default cfg and load the cfg ingame and than vid_restart it works, but afterwarts when i reboot ET it just blocks again and i have to delete etconfig n stuff and load it all again in ET :<
