and I think a provincie-cup is better then those allstars cups with only 4 teams.

elke provincie apart is waarschijnlijk te veel teams/te weinig skilled, maar NOSW is te ez voor west, dus waarom niet zoiets?

North Holland Noord holland
South Holland Zuid Holland
North Netherlands Groningen, Friesland (Drenthe)
South Netherlands Zeeland, Brabant, Limburg
East Netherlands Overijssel, Gelderland (Drenthe)
Central Netherlands Utrecht, Flevoland

You have too many cheaters to make ET AllstarZ Cup but i think if you are going to make CheatStarZ Cup event it will be very successful and it won;t be hard to complete the lineups :D
