i need to download some songs. but i dont know which program to use

i need a free program that can download songs without having much problems with virus, trogans, worms, spam etc.

please suggest some =)

Ares. ive used ares for 4 years now and got 1 virus from dlin a game. never had a virus in music in 4 years with that programme :)
