what programms r u using 2 create screen presentations ? / Whats the best 1 ?

im rly looking for a professional screen presentation programm, O/S dosnt mather .

( 4 example OpenOfficeImpress or PowerPoint )

Only used Powerpoint so far..and it seems to be the best also =)
