HOWTO BIND MOUSE6:


edit your profile -> scroll down to "thumb button" ->
clicky on ity! -> push a unbinded button on your keyboard -> give it a name -> safe your profile

HF!

use your drivers to bind the mouse6 button to a key, then for example put 'bind r +reload' in your config and set your mouse6 button to "r"

yes but button 1-5 are either binded or uncomfortable. button 6 is just VERY NAIZ BUUUUT i can't script it in the driversoftware :/:/

well ET goes only to "mouse5" so your screwed. But tbh Id read the manual and make sure that it isnt possible cuz that would be really shit if you couldnt bind mouse buttons to a key..

i guess ET doesnt support mouse6, as far as i remember rtcw didnt support mouse5.

Edit: no, its not possible to bind MOUSE6 with W:ET.
Get ETQW then you can bind your allmighty MOUSE6 button.

Without drivers you can't bind any mouse button above 5. This is because windows API only supports mouse 4 and 5 as xbutton1 and xbutton2. There is nothing above xbutton2, so you need drivers which receive the hardware message before windows api does.
