2 problems

1)
when i start ET these days, im lagging
after doing a pb update its fine again, but i dont want to update pb every time before i start et
any solution?


2)
when i play cpma my sens is totally different from my ET sens
why? any secret commands?

1) try to play from the shortcut in your ET folder after you updated PB?

Strange. Can't say that I've noticed because I use a much higher sense in Q3 anyway. Will check tonight!

m_yaw is .022 as default

m_pitch cant cause this anyways cuz its for the vertical sens only

1) check your temperatures, check for spyware/trojans etc, format..?

m_yaw
m_filter

.. etc make sure all these commands are the same but i suppose you are using your et config

make sure you dont have any mouseaccel etc

1. pbsvc -> remove and reinstall... pbupdate, pbweb = correct sequence.
2. that's because ET's mouse input engine is BROKEN, and the engine of q3/rtcw is not broken. Try playing with in_mouse 1 and in_mouse -1 (/in_restart after) to get the feeling that approaches ET utmost.

what if the et sens is the sucky one? and in_mouse -1 doesent work in et does it?

It doesn't work, the only thing you can try is the direct input tool made by anir (mf_init).. this is for serving you an alternative to the broken engine ;b.

i dont know a fix for your problem nr1 however this is a work around that works for me...

press esc > options > system, press "set recomended"(lag shld stop)... exec ur cfg > vid restart, play

for problem nr2, my sens feels rly fked in et, been like that for ages, let me know if u find a solution plx ;)

i always felt rtcw sens was not equal to et sens, someone fix it !
