pc = slowasfuck :(

Ok, well i haven't defragged, done a disk cleanup ever on this pc, i have had it for over a year, now it is starting to run real slow. Anyone know any good free programs that defrags etc the pc or whatever to clean all the shite up?

lets just say I personally like to know what im actually changing in my bios since you can easily fuck it up and ruin your whole computer within seconds, also you never know what those software is really doing to your bios.

Just read some articles about overclocking, and then go in the bios and do it manually.
