best price/perf proc atm, 9300 is out also but its +90€ here
mobo: Foxconn mobos are pretty good
gfx: i would take 2x BFG 8800GTS in SLi
ram: never heard about that brand, won't comment but my vote go for TeamGroup Xtreem/Crucial Ballistix!
hdd: Seagate with 32mb cache is really pure pwnage, especially for specs like that
psu: Corsair or Enermax (try to get more than 500W)

im goin for OC so e8400 will be at 4,3 mhz + ram is one of the best oc memory atm ;))
