Hi folks.

I'm just making a server config ( ! secret project ! ). And i want the awards/promotions back!

setl b_noskillupgrades

This should be 1 or 0 to allow promotions ? (or it doesn't matter?)

Yay i know my english , but i hope u understand ! :P

_NO_ skillupgrades, so if u set it to 1 there will be _NO_ promotions.

If u set it to 0 there will be promotions.
