that sort of black background with holes sucks imo, and the banner should have less blur (maybe even make it a bit smaller)... the rest is ok.

this background in combinaton with these black crackled things suck, they really do. furthermore everything looks fine but i suggest you make the squad overview thingy which you are most likely able to hover over, a little bit smalelr (it takes too much space)

the navigation looks cool but some things in there are not needed

somehow its blury :s

edit: now i see is its a picture :D try to use png next time ;)

standard photoshop gfx are always sucky :)

Why would you make your banner one third the size of the site above the line of the fold?

dont go with the big banner-hype get a small one, it wasnt that good looking btw
