Usb problem

Well recently after reistanling XP I found out my mouse (MX518) not working properly. Everything was fine until I instaled SetPoint 4.0 drivers. After that the mouse died totaly, it only works when its connected via PS/2. I tried to change usb rate to default one but still didnt help. Any ideas?
