Prolly won't be it cuz it's so obvious, but are u sure u added the path to the video to your avs file?

when I press start, to start encoding, it just gives me an 'error' at the status of the job.
log says nothing:

ofcourse, it would give an avisynth error otherwise, not encoding error
dno what u can do with it but I noticed this in your log: output NUL
