Trouble adjusting from 19" CRT to 21" CRT

I just got a new 21" CRT (old one was 19") and my mouse feels like shit on this new one. Mouse feels a lot slower and harder to aim, I was wondering if anyone could explain this or tell me what I need to change.

Settings:
r_mode 6
r_displayrefresh 120
r_customaspect 1
r_customheight 1024
r_customwidth 1600
com_maxfps 125
cg_fov 100
sensitivity 3.6
m_pitch 0.01501
400 DPI

I think it has to do with the customaspect, height and width settings. I always left them at default, don't know much about them. Any help would be appreciated.

So what resolution you use? 1024x768 or that customized? If you are using different resolution the feeling of your mouse will change because there is more or less pixels on screen.

I use r_mode 6 which is 1024x768. The customaspect height and width settings are default. I never thought to change them since a lot of people leave them at default in their configs. I used them for a long time on my 19" monitor.

r_customwidth 1200 (not 1024 thats not 4:3)

Thanks, will try that with 1024 and 768 instead of 1600 and 1200
