talked with Bulld0g (thx for advices :]), submitter a troubleticket at eb, talked with C&A Crew members and Game-Violations Crew and I guess I shouln't worry about it much :) Matter of time. Since I was not rly playing anywhere anyway I didn't feel bad for a single second.
