Hi all,
So im going to visit london next week. Im going to watch chelsea at stamford bridge but i m staying there 5 days so i need some tips on where to go.
I already googled most of the attractions that london offers and places to visit them. I was wondering if i can get some tips what can i do on a saturday night or a sunday night. Are there are any places that are nicer at night?
I am going to be situated in a "hotel" (more like a no star hotel, chepeast i could find) 2 min away from victoria station.
Visiting places till now:
- Madam Tussauds
- Lonon Eye
- Buckingham Palace
- Big Ben
- Chelsea Staduim
- Emirates (Arsenal Stadium)
- River Thames
- Oxford street
Any suggestions on places to visit especially at night are welcomed :)
(i am not looking for partying, but places to party near the victoria station are more than welcome as well)

hf there
if u like music, there r a lot of vinylshops, very nice :D
The best things near Victoria I can think of are the museums in Albertopolis (Science Museum, Natural History Museum, V&A Museum) and Hyde Park (I normally pop into the Serpentine Gallery whenever I'm in the park, but that's only a good idea if you're a modern art fan).
On the subject of art, if you're interested then the National Gallery (Trafalgar Square) and the Tate Modern (on the South Bank) are both great places to go.
but really
KOKO club or just go around camden always a good giggle
I'm waiting for my boss to come out of a videoconference so I can check some stuff with him, so if that overruns I might be a bit late tonight :p
And yeah - koko rocks. Really need to go there more often - haven't been in a couple of years :x
"Leicester Square, Covent Garden and Camden are decent places to see, even if you're not into the nightlife stuff (which they're good for). Not massively close to Victoria though, although the tube and bus connections mean you can get back easily enough from any of them."
Are these places great at night?
Thanks for the places you mentioned. i'll keep an eye on them as well.
I equate Victoria to 'South Ken' more than to 'Central London', when actually it's pretty much equidistant. Purely because loads of people at Imperial had flats there.
I. GUARANTEE. YOU.
she'll find some awesome clothes... ~drools.
Edit: if you hate shopping, bummer :<
Yeah... London was so worth it.
China Town!
myb things are overpriced there. so watch your moneh (idk cant remember but 1x a cinema ticket was £14 or 2x one.. either = NUTS)
Tate modern is alright.. but the nuts that are sold outside are nicer.
im not rly sure. the list you have is mostly what we did.

Unless youre a millionaire, forget going anywhere in the "city"..
just listen to pansy if u wanna have naughty fun and listenin to ada if u want to be educated or have innocent fun, thats my advice [pansy being a raver and ada being a bookworm!]
