no it will come end of this year if im right..
but there WILL be cod5? ^^
Parent
yes there will !
Parent
on September or something
yes, but infinity ward isn't making it so it will most likely suck like cod3
CoD5 will be made by some console-ass-kissing studio, so it'll suck, but cod6 will be made by infinity ward again, so that will rock!
shall i buy cod4 or wait for cod5 / 6? :P
Parent
Wait 4 years for a new *good* cod successor? Be my guest!
Parent
no point in waiting since there will be a new cod out every year (that's what they say and how it's been)
Parent
Console ass guys who also worked on the original RTCW :D
Parent
Skilldrop spotted!

You're just overreacting imo, even though their most recent projects have been console related they know how to make good PC games as well - it just depends on the engine they get to work with. So hopefully they will use the same engine CoD4 was built on (upgraded Q3A engine ftw)
Parent
I have to agree that the engine is an important factor. It still remains hard to deliver a better result than what Infinity gave us!
Parent
whats so special about infinity wards btw?
they make lots of monies!
Parent
they make a lot of money*
Parent
Treyarch had alot more time to make the game this time so it could actually turn out to be pretty good.
More call of duty and less info @ rtcw 2 ...
That didn't even make sense.
Parent
I'm on crack np ;d

I meant that call of duty got new releases and wolfenstein is standing in one point -_-
Parent
But crack sucks :(...

Dno actually only thing I tried was weed and salvia xD

QuoteActivision Hints At Call Of Duty MMO
By Earnest Cavalli EmailMarch 05, 2008 | 5:19:16 PMCategories: MMO Gaming

Cod4Is Bobby Kotick trying to set off a firestorm of controversy? The CEO of Activision said today that the company is considering the idea of a Call of Duty MMO, reports Gamespot.

"What would be the natural evolution of a property like Call of Duty into a massively multiplayer environment... How do you monetize that?" Kotick mused during today's Morgan Stanley Technology Conference in San Francisco.

Normally Kotick's words would merely be seen as thinking out loud about the potential money to be made by tapping the MMO market. But in the wake of Activision's merger with MMO powerhouse Blizzard, Kotick's words have lit the flames of controversy all over the Internet.
