FTP Server =DDd

I thought about buying some ftp-server with about 20GB storage place but I got no clue where I could get something like that.
Should be as cheap as possible.

Any links?

its not the 100mbit you'd get from a root but its quite okayish from what i've heard

no, you dont get ssh access or something like that. just ftp and the mailing stuff
and its not a physical server but only part of a (pretty darn big) cluster
