U can thank me later
Value ram sux
Quad Core is useless atm and the e8400 > *
It's HyperX DDR2 but the description was just wrong :)
Value is the worse choice expecially for a gamer :o)
otherwise get 8800GTS 512mb and a x38 or p35 mobo (better performance and overclock, less problems than nvidia chipset)
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P motherboard LGA775 P35 ATX DDR II 1066
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Procc: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 - Dual Core ! Socket 775 FSB1333 cache L2 6 Mo 0.045 micron - Around 230€

Memory: G.Skill Kit Extreme2 2 x 1 Go PC6400 HZ - Around 90€
Gfx: MSI NX8800GT-T2D512E-OC - Around 220€
Power supply: HIPER Type MII HPU-5M730 (730watts) - Around 130€

PNY graphics GeForce 8 8800 GTS 512MB DDR3 2xDVI-I DUAL LINK HDTV-OUT PCIe - retail
Asus P5K PREMIUM/ WIFI-AP ATX socket LGA775 Intel P35 4DDR2(Dual Channel)

975 € with screen&case :)
Get a 620W corsair or seasonic, or if those are too expensive (out of a 5 ball system they'd get 5) get a 600 / 500w fortron (4/5, still good but better price/performance ratio)
it probably doesnt even output 550w if it's some random PSU, more like 300 or so
80%+ efficency and known PSU's only.
edit: oh you edited, you mean antec
well they arent known for their PSU's, i'd still get a more reliable Fortron for the same price probably
"edit: oh you edited, you mean antec

From what I read in reviews, it's a pretty nice PSU
if you dont want wifi then i'd get asus p5k-e , or msi p35-neo2-fr.
Asus P5K-E/WIFI-AP ATX socket LGA775 Intel P35 4DDR2(Dual Channel) (60€ cheaper)
abit > *µ
Hiper / enermax / corsair > antec
epic fail
read any 8800GTS G92 review
here some random charts - http://www.tomshardware.com/2007/12/12/geforce_8800_gts_512_mb/page14.html
buying more expensive, weaker, but overclocked card, over less expensive, more powerfull and still having overclocking potential is, as i said earlier, awesome!
