Partitioning Hard drive

Im kinda noob to partitioning since I've never had the need to do it, So is there anyway of making a partition on a hard drive if it doesn't have any "unallocated space" in computer management in windows? ?

If not how would I set how much space I want partitioned when installing windows?

its under system managment, i would help ya seen as i've seen someone do it about 2 hours ago but i've forgot and cant work it out cause am on vista :P

yea im in there already but, I haven't got any "unallocated" space on the drive I want to partition so it's not giving me the option to partition it :<

well yea I just realised that was the problem as I was writing that actually lol, gonna try partition magic like the others said!

Is there any unallocated space visible when your on the partition screen on boot up?
