fps bla bla bla black sheep.

When i play et on certain like goldrush and radar my fps drops from 100 to 70-90 it also dose this if i look up close at trees and other plants (when i go up close in smoke i get like 50 fps ). I have tryed defraging hard drive, deleting shit from my pc and cleaning my fans . Im useing milks config at 10:7 my specs are core2 6400 @ 2.13 ghz 2 ghz ram and a nvidia 7500 le 512 mb. PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!

about 2 months ago i was able to run the same cfg at 100 fps constant all maps so it not just the cfg is to good for my pc.
