I cant get my soundcard drivers to work on my laptop at the moment so I'm at a dead end as to getting a working mic.

But its this particular version of XP that the Drivers dont recognise, I could format and put on another version that would work but thats a heck of alot of hassle :x

i have also dell laptop + vista tried 5 different versions of xp but none of them recognise any driver,, they even couldnt find my videocard so i couldnt instal my drivers for it :'( was just like i had no videocard . but i now have vista, dont want to reinstal it 1000 times again :<
