Need help with ipod

Since a cople days i got some trouble with my ipod nano.
Beneed this text you see a manual to fix my ipod,but i dont understand it :P
1. Configure iTunes to enable Disk Use on the iPod and to NOT start iTunes when you connect the iPod.
2. Shut down iTunes and eject the iPod
3. Reconnect the iPod, run Disk Utility / Repair Disk. This finds lots of errors.
4. Start iTunes and everything runs just fine. I can change settings, add contents, delete content, click Apply etc.
5. When done, eject the iPod, remove the cable and close iTunes
6. Reconnect the iPod, run Disk Utility / Repair Disk. Again, will find lots of errors.
7. Eject iPod
8. iPod should now work fine.
9. When you want to resync, start again from 3 (you may not find any errors though as you ran a Repair Disk is step 6).
Big question where can i find: Disk Utility / Repair Disk

Also I don't think "comparing" maturity levels on two replies is actually a proof of maturity.
He pointed out too many people use Crossfire as Google (and he's right on this) , using the age argument (which is fake , in this case) when you're 14 yourself is also rather ... useless & dumb.

Who says that i'm comparing maturity on two replies?I think that I can quite define myself or i''m mature or not.
I used google many times for searching a solution for something,and to many times without result.That's why i'm asking this on several forums.
I said that because in my opinion he haves a really big mouth for a kid of 10 years old.
