epic bug on 3on3 yesterday

lets call it the "switch-to-spectated-class-bug"
we played 3on3 on supply...yesterday
we attacked...we managed to get flag and CP was clear...so i spawned as Covert Ops to destroy CP...np so far...my teammate crush3r died while that attack and decided to spec me (goin to destroy CP)...i threw my satchel charge...CP exploded...crush3r was speccing me while i did the usual selfkill to switch to ING
Now it happened: crush3r spawned as Medic with sniper (!) without hittin any button (he was and still wanted to be medic) ...he was "only" speccing a Covert Ops (with sniper)...
everyone had the bug already to spawn with the weapon he was speccing before...but did anyone had this strange bug ever???

was talkin to some people and everyone was like: lo, busted...so we rly thought we found sth new...
- spawning with the weapon lasted used before dead/selfkill
- nade stuck in your hand
