Just the way the games evolved really (everyone seems to have good aim). Plus with a higher sens you really need to be on form to aim well where as your bad days you aim that much worse than if you were low sensitivity.
Also there's some areas you'll just never be confident aiming with a high sensitivity for instance from the goldrush bank entrance to people @ the truck ramp.
knowing the size of your mousemat then just turning edge-edge with the mouse sensor lined up on the right or left then move it across as you would in game trying to keep the crosshair level. Then a quick calculation would give you the answer :P
Yea I think you're right. Though I've never tried a sensitivity lower than 45 cm for 360. But it sounds logical that you would aim better with low sensitivity on a bad day than a high sens.
Did you have a hard time adjusting to 54 cm for 360 degrees? Since if I remembered correctly you also had a sens arround 45 cm for 360.
I played with 19 cm = 180 before and yes it's not that difficult to adjust you just move from primarily aiming with your wrist to using your arm more and that's all really (even with a low sensitivity there's no reason to not use your wrist at long ranges).
just out of curiosity - do you not find you can play q3 with your et sens (being pretty low) - i don't seem to have trouble with it, but most people double or more their sens to play q3...i'm not an especially great quake aimer, but i still feel comfortable using it
Having to move around in quake is too difficult in an ET like sensitivity. Plus you've gotta do a lot of reflex shots the only time i'd see a benefit in using a low sensitivity in quake would be to aim with the rail when someone is within your FOV and with lg.
nice having a sensitivity so low it kills off any reflex you may have had.

Thanks again.
Thats almost all the space I got for my mouse - and yes, there are still highsensers. :P
like 30cm if i move my mouse very fast
i got used to this, to bad
but my mousepad is only 30 cm so i can do 270° ! ;D
this isnt that much when i read the other comms here?! :O
~90cm for 360
I will test it now, brb !
Edit: No device to calculate the amount of cm :<
