need help please

how to use a penis pump properly?

well i was going to buy one and as you know ive already asked here but i wasnt sure whether i should or not. now i asked my friend and to my surprise he just asked me if id like to use his one, coz he doesnt need it anymore.

now its here on my desk and i rly want to use it but dunno how. anyone has instructions for this ? or do i have to look out for something?
