new fix is for xp/vista 32/64 bit, also aion wrote something about loading at every windows start and moving win32k.sys to RAM + i don't actually think that he would make a worse new patch than his accelfix.exe ;o
Both remove it and there's nothing to configure afaik, I could be wrong, haven't tested the newer patch. If the slight mouseaccel bothers you, you can use them, but if you're ok with what you have now and you like the feeling, better don't change it. You can download the accelfix, once you open it, it tells you whether mouseaccel is disabled or not.
