I has exactly the same problem:

Extreme FPS Drops all the time, from 100 to 30.

How do I solve it?

There was another tread about fps drops , in that one I gave a lot of possible solutions :P

Anyway disable threaded optimization on nvidia control panel

Defrag hard disk

Put pnkbstrB.exe on 2nd core only , lowest priority

/pb_system 0 before you connect
/pb_sleep 400

ET.exe a notch higher if you still lag

I tried to lower prority of pnkbstrB.exe and i get : "acces denied"...

Yes... there is only me on this computer anyway. When i try to lower priority of any processus from SYSTEM, i get this message.
