mouserate???(HELP)

i have windows vista home premium (sux like hell) but i want to change my mouserate settings to 500Hz but USB Mouserate switcher 1.1 doesnt work usbrate v.05 doesnt work is there any shit of that for vista ? i hate playing on 125 Hz
