GOOD EPISODE!!!

This was muchhhh better than the series opener I felt, finally some plot behind it all and now so many questions!
Lee's gone at least for a few episodes, I'm guessing he'll come back in some battle and be a hero?
Cara the beauty that she is gone now too! :( When will she come back, or will come back and die and be a hero in her death?
Cylon mutany, I reckon they'll bring back the model that they turned off as she saw the final 5 and will likely become key to the plot. However 6's new found 'humanity' could be really interesting as to whether they would continue chasing the humans.
I reckon the next episode will probably have nothing to do with anything plot wise and be one of those filler episodes to introduce us to some new characters. Regardless I cannot wait :D

BSG is not a science fiction show. It's a well made war drama that just happens to be set in space. The action could take place on an aircraft carrier on earth and keep 80% of the dialogue the same.
The most sci-fi element in the whole show is the FTL jumps, but they turn out to be a very interesting plot device.
I don't like the sci-fi thingy in lost on the serious note. Not a problem with "monsters" and so, but if they start to move in time, I will be really disappointed.

You don't have 720p HD @ 450mb without it looking absolute SHIT, I'm talking... SHIT.
It isn't 720p at all.
It's just standard 640x320 or whatever xvid taken from a 720p source.
Think about it. 1.1gb encodes are considered BAD for an X264 720p encode. A 1.1gb xvid encode would look TERRIBLE. Half that. Imagine the quality.
I'm not watching it on a 50" tv so HD or not doesn't make much of a difference
eventough, haven't enough space for every episode @ 1.1gb
