Xbox 360 v. wii

So im thinking about buying one, what do you guys think? Ive played on a wii, but feel it might be a bit repetitive/ only good while its still new?
never played on a xbox360, so don't know what to think, except it seems to have better games and graphics...? (gta4/cod4/etc)
Note: prefer opinions from people who have actually played on (or owned) them both! :O)

Fantastic TV, had it for a couple of months now.
i can only reach 2.5 meters...
I'd say high def content will look fine sitting 2.5 meters away.
i think this tv really is cool

+ Xbox has better games.
