pc problems fffssss

k guys i got a problem on my new pc lolzer : ( pissing me off.. basically yesterday my pc frooze so i restarted in and now it wont let me into windows it goes past the motherboard logo and then just goes to a black screen and hangs.. now ive tried to save it using a windows cd but it wont take that cd or a version of vista i have, what shall i do ahh : (
