RamCleaners

Can they really optimize reassign CPU resources for better performance and increase system performance by making more RAM available for applications and the operating system?

Has anyone ever tried and can recommend on a good and safe RamCleaner or it's all bullshit?

yep its a piece of shit , but i use it (tuneup 08, mem optimizrr.)
