If you plan on buying GTA 4 for the PS3 or xbox 360, you might wanna head over to https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/ and sign up an account.

This site will track all of your GTA stats and enable you to grab songs from the game.

That doesnt mean much, iirc San Andreas wasnt announced to be released on PC when it first came out on the PS2, and rockstar have always ported their GTA games to PC.

edit: I take that back, the 2 psp GTA games never made it to PC =(
