Hi ,Can you tell me how can i use wildcard for a 3on3 OC match, please?

you have to use ti before the match starts - write it in matchcomments and say it to your opponent - additionally as written above - email the supervisor!

because you can use your wildcard only BEFORE the match time ?

normally yes, but its up to the opponents if the match hasnt started because a player hasnt been able to make it. See np in saying ok, lets be fair and reschedule the match for another time.
