Can't save?

Well ive had this problem for a while and never tryed to sort it out.
I moved my ET folder from my computer to my new computer and now when i try to edit one of my files in etmain/etpro and so on. It wont let me edit that file such as my cfg. for example I want to add a bind in what it comes out with is:

is there any way except from editing it on my desktop then replaces it in my ET folder?
EDIT: Also my screenshots, demos etc dont seem to be in any of my ETPRO folders, ETMAIN folders i make demos and there no where to be found.
any suggestion on this?

maybe theyre write-protected?

try running notepad as administrator
edit: or take ownership of the file (vista doesnt assign ownership to users in the program files directory automatically, its protected)
To take full ownership:
1. Right click file, select properties.
2. Hit security tab, select advanced
3. Click owner tab, the hit edit (accept the UAC pop-up box)
4. Select your username, click OK, accept the pop up box, then OK out of all dialogue boxes
maybe in right-click->properties->run as admin ??
But I ditched vista after few days so I guess its a permission thing.
