whats this song??

i was on the treadmill today, on this big screen in front about 15feet away they had some TVs, one was playing music videos. it was muted but anyway it looks like a dancey sort of song.

the girl in it has bleached white hair, mostly done in a FRINGE although sometimes she parts it in the center. sometimes she appears in a frame with lots of strange multicolour makeup on and generally looking quite wtf. also i can tell you she shakes her hair around a lot.

song is no good cos i havent heard it so youtube me the video please!

im using the person in the video to get back at someone :o))
