weirdest problem (dutch allowed ^^)

well, I know you are all smart with computers and stuff so I guess this is where I could get some help.
I have the following problem:
- I don't have a startbutton, neither the whole bar in the lower end of the screen. I can't drag it up or something, or any other weird modes.
- My desktop seems to be totally fucked. Well, in a way like I don't have any icons at all anymore. Even the trashcan is gone *jeej*. Right click on the desktop doesn't work either.
Sooooo, any solutions? I'd really like to get my start button back!

Task Manager -> File -> New Task -> explorer
lol thanks that was it xD but will it come back again when I reboot? (without me starting it that way)
Task manager, where does that stands?
if you mean how you bring up Task Manager, you type Ctrl + Alt + Del on your keyboard or you can bring it up using Ctrl + Shft + Esc
