it's not new, it's very comfortable, balanced and smooth. Found it better than the Diamondback, DB 3G, Copperhead and Deathadder. only downside are the sidebuttons, which are kinda small and slightly unreachable.
they say the optical is for fps games and the laser is for rpg games, simple because optical sensor is better for fps games and laser for fast moves and fast reaction
that's crap, any mouse can by used for any game, you just need to get used to it. As I said before, I'm finding my new ikari laser smoother than deathadder (which is optical).
It's DPI, the higher you use the higher the value for misscalculations + it will use more cpu = you could suffer from low fps and/or fps drops, you only want high DPI in mega highsens game if you realy want to use high DPI in them.
Lowering your windows sens and putting a higher ingame sens would have the close to the same effect, not good that would be.
nah i just thought coz the shape is kinda unusual ^,^
their mouse are also good firm =X
you dont very good in keeping your stuff
the laser got 3200 dpi niceee
optical for fps games @ 1600, if im not wrong, but they say its a big mouse, bigger then a g5..
Lowering your windows sens and putting a higher ingame sens would have the close to the same effect, not good that would be.
My steelseries ikari burned 3weeks ago...
