There's not much to gain fps from in ET really.

with my super low specs (geforce 2, pentium 4 @ 2 ghz) + cfg @ my profile i get 100 fps almost stable on almost all maps

try deleting your etconfig.cfg in your profiles folder in ETpro & etmain folders, or reinstalling ET.
