I have:
Icemat 2nd : hate it, and it get's dirty very fast...have to clean it all the time....and it's class(hard).
Qpad CT Large black 4mm: very good if you want that ultra smooth slippery feeling, like taking your mouse for a walk in the clouds xD
Steelpad 5L: best of everything, nice glide and control...compared to using the qpad ct my tracking get's much better when using the steelpad 5L.

So for me with my mx518 and qpad skatez i like the steelpad 5L best.

But that's just me ;>
