are you sure ?
just turn on Et.exe ,load etpro mod and use browser,it always shows
best servs on top (bio/uk/hirnot any other)

usually ive got 70-98 ping on euro servers (except 10% of german servers where it's 170)
i have the most retarded adsl ISP in Moscow, if i change it for a better one my ping should be more than 20 msec less than now

though several times i played on dutch servers with ping = 50
