fps trouble [x]_[x]

My fps has been jumping from 125 to random lower fps (as low as 8fps at times), I initially thought it was my gfx driver update but after rolling back it still does it. Used to be able to pull 125 constant no worries wtf is going on? D:

That ^ only shows it dropping to 77, but it more often than not jumps, 125 to 8fps when playing :x

i didnt format for like 2 years and i never had any fps probs..
stop visiting pr0n sites or whatever
